@JonahDispatch The loss of my support came from: Bush v. Gore,not so much for the result as the power play Scalia admitted it was. AFP v. Bonta,where 2 Justices’ votes were bought. And Dobbs, not so much for the result as that it was a policy paper and political tract, with few legal arguments.
