  1. Judges always had agendas, and used decisions to get there. But they were bound by the facts, the laws, and precedent. In recent years, judges have broken with all that, telling blatant lies to get the win, and blowing up lots of basic law to get there, and only for their case. @ReichlinMelnick/1646604778040901632

      As in, no lawyer in America believes these courts would apply their capacious changes to the laws of standing and injury to any plaintiff beyond these pet cases. And how do we know this? Because it keeps happening. Our system of laws cannot long sustain this sort of attack.
